In this paper, the LCC resonant converter is modeled based on fundamental harmonic approximation (FHA), and the output voltage ripple of a single module transformer is derived. On this basis, the output ripple of the multi-module LCC cascade converter is calculated and analyzed. Aiming at the problem that the ripple cancellation effect deteriorates due to the inconsistent parameters between modules, a phase locked loop (PLL) phase-shifting closed-loop control strategy is proposed. 摘要

提出了一种具有移相闭环控制的高压x射线发生器。电路采用输入并联输出串联LCC拓扑,并采用移相闭环控制进一步减小输出电压纹波。本文基于基频近似(FHA)对LCC谐振变换器进行了建模,推导了单模变压器输出电压纹波。在此基础上,对多模块LCC级联变换器的输出纹波进行了计算和分析。针对模块间参数不一致导致纹波消除效果变差的问题,提出了锁相环移相闭环控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明了该控制方法的可行性和合理性。
