In order to support long distance transmission outdoors, to increase anti-interference performance and to resist lightning storms, the voltage level convert between SCMs' TTL and RS-485 is performed by a SN75LBC184 chip which can be both anti-lightning and can bear 8kV static electricity shock. 摘要

针对半导体整流桥制造过程中现有测试设备功能不足、生产效率低的问题,设计了主从结构测试系统。在该系统中,一台PC机作为主处理器,几个分布在本地的单片机作为从处理器。单片机主要完成各整流器的分类和测试,PC机完成数据显示、计数、存储、打印等测试功能。主机和从机之间的通信采用RS485。主机通信软件采用VB6.0编写,基于Windows操作系统。利用VB6.0中MSComm的通信API访问串口,实现数据的接收和传输。为了支持户外长距离传输,提高抗干扰性能和抗雷暴,单片机的TTL和RS-485之间的电压电平转换由一个既能防雷又能承受8kV静电冲击的SN75LBC184芯片完成。应用表明,新设计的系统可靠性高,工作效率明显提高,降低了整流桥的生产成本。
