The proposed method incorporates the methodology of RFID experiment and mathematical model for the cost and benefit analysis of RFID set up. The proposed model is used to investigate the contribution of the RFID system under different parameters including reliability of the RFID system, tagging strategy, risk of inventory lost and value of tagged objects.
