摘要

在群体决策中,由于决策者通常代表不同的利益背景,因此如何使不同的决策者协调合作以聚集群体意见是值得研究的问题。本文基于层次分析法,提出了一种获取共识优先向量的非线性规划模型,并指出该模型可以通过提高判断矩阵的相容性使决策者达成共识。利用遗传模拟退火算法求解该问题的最优解。最后,通过数值算例说明了该方法的应用。
