摘要

配电自动化系统(以下简称配电系统)安全防护的目标是保证配电终端(以下简称终端)与配电主站(以下简称主系统)之间通信的安全性。配电系统的加密认证网关(以下简称VPN网关)增强了终端与VPN网关之间网络层通信的安全性。分布式应用层加密认证设备(简称主密码机)保证应用层数据传输的保密性和完整性,实现主站与终端之间的身份认证。所有这些措施都是为了防止通过伪造终端身份、重播攻击等非法操作对主系统进行恶意破坏和攻击,以防止由此造成的配电网系统事故。本文基于配电自动化系统的安全保护方案,进行了多芯片封装的开发,在安全芯片内开发了IPSec协议软件,实现了支持国家密码算法的IP层和应用层双重加密认证功能。
