The first case was a 78-year-old male and showed pruritic papulovesicular lesions on the face, head, neck and back. Darier-like pattern was observed histologically. Oral administration of etretinate (40 mg/day) was effective. The second case was a 57-year-old male showed asymptomatic, herpetiform confluent vesiculo-papules on the right forearm. Darier-like pattern was dominantly observed with a focal spongiotic acantholysis histologically.
