摘要

在船舶电力系统的状态监测和故障诊断过程中,需要使用专用的油液分析仪软件来提取油液的故障特征。为了简化工作,提出了一种搜索二进制数据并将其转换为浮点数,然后与搜索值进行比较以确定浮点数在文件中的位置的方法。为此,设计了一套基于API函数的辅助格式解析工具,实现特征值的自动获取。该工具已用于船舶动力系统实船油谱仪数据的测试。结果表明,该算法可行,能正确地自动获取相应位置、浮点型仪器数据的分离设备数据存储格式,摆脱了仪器专用内置软件的限制,可用于实现从仪器数据文件中自动获取需要保存的内容或利用集成分析。
