However, the lack of guidelines to facilitate the purchase, factors such as mistrust and the need to see the product, and the timely visualization of sales indicators for management, limit its growth. In this work, EcoBot is proposed, a chatbot with Facebook Messenger to make more attractive and reliable the e-commerce of ecological bricks, in addition, a dashboard on sales indicators, for making quick and timely decisions.
