The BEE-C is based on the LEACH (Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol and LEACH-C (LEACH Centered) protocol, which are two well known protocols for WSN in the literature. The BEE-C is applied to sensor networks with continuous data dissemination.
