Data is analyzed constructively by using the technique analyze  the  simple regression and multiple regression analysis. Research location is the employee in BTN Bank (Perswero) Karangasem The method of this research is simple random sampling, that taken 55 Operational Division employee at Transaction Process Division, Loan Administration Division, and General Administration Division, while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 19.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2.123, and the signification is 0.038. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for employee development is -2.160 ,and the signification is  0.035 This shows that there is an effect between employee development toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.798, and the signification is 0.005. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and employee development toward job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.182 or 18,2%. 摘要

本研究旨在分析BTN Bank (Persero) Karangasem员工发展对工作满意度的影响,以获得BTN Bank (Persero) Karangasem员工发展、工作环境对工作满意度的更深层影响。采用简单回归分析和多元回归分析技术对数据进行建设性分析。研究地点为BTN银行(Perswero) Karangasem的员工。本研究的方法为简单随机抽样,选取了交易处理部、贷款管理部和综合管理部的55名业务部门员工,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,并使用SPSS 19.0进行培养。工作环境的t检验结果为2.123,显著性为0.038。这说明工作环境对工作满意度有一定的影响。员工发展的t检验结果为-2.160,显著性为0.035,说明员工发展对工作满意度存在影响。F检验结果为5.798,显著性为0.005。这说明工作环境与员工发展对工作满意度的影响是存在的。结果R2为0.182或18.2%。这意味着工作满意度受工作环境和员工发展的影响高达18.2%。关键词:工作环境,员工发展,工作满意度
