摘要

交流电形式的电能可以用整流器转换成直流电。与二极管和可控硅整流器相比,三相脉宽调制整流器具有双向功率流,统一功率因数,直流链路电压控制等优点。本文采用基于空间矢量脉宽调制的矢量控制技术对PWM整流器的直流电压和单位功率因数进行控制。对系统进行了暂态分析。利用MATLAB对200V, 3φ PWM整流器进行仿真,验证控制方法。利用DSP TMS320F28069实现了一种3φ PWM整流器样机,并给出了实验结果。
