Classic Organization Management Structures Versus Project Team Management in Creative Business – Straights and Weaknesses

The paper presents a comparative analysis between classical organizational management structures and modern ones in creative business context. The author explores the strengths and weaknesses of these two major types of organizational structures in the light of specifics and characteristics of the creative industries. Several examples from Bulgaria covering different branches of creative business are provided in order to compare theoretical postulates with the practice. The major findings of the paper are connected to the direct relation between the size of the enterprise, its owner and the chosen type of the organizational structure.
