Fifteen adult male wistar rats (2-3 months, 200-250 g body weight) were segregated into three groups (standard, type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes +ALA). Type 2 diabetes induced by streptozotocin 65 mg/kg and nicotinamide 110 mg/kg. ALA was given for 3 weeksafter type 2 diabetes induced.After 31 days total cholesterol of groups labelled is measured. The result showed therewas significant difference between ALA and type 2 diabetes groups (p= 0.012), and there was no significant differencebetween ALA and standard groups (p= 0.591). 摘要

高胆固醇血症是2型糖尿病的并发症。α硫辛酸(ALA)通过调节胆固醇合成途径和降低胆固醇生物合成基因表达来降低总胆固醇。本研究旨在探讨ALA对2型糖尿病大鼠高胆固醇血症的抑制作用。将15只2 ~ 3月龄、体重200 ~ 250 g的成年雄性wistar大鼠分为标准组、2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病+ALA组。链脲佐菌素65 mg/kg、烟酰胺110 mg/kg诱导2型糖尿病。2型糖尿病诱导后给予ALA 3周。31天后测量标记组的总胆固醇。结果显示,ALA组与2型糖尿病组之间差异有统计学意义(p= 0.012), ALA组与标准组之间差异无统计学意义(p= 0.591)。综上所述,本研究证明ALA对2型糖尿病大鼠的总胆固醇有影响。
