摘要

本文研究了光栅形状及其尺寸对薄膜太阳能电池的光学、电学性能及效率的影响。本研究采用多物理场模拟器的三维数值模拟结果进行了介绍。利用半导体输运模型求解电学性质,利用电磁模块求解光电效应。采用半圆光栅与不采用光栅的太阳能电池相比,光伏效率提高了1.73%。在研究了不同光栅类型的影响后,我们提取了每种薄膜太阳能的等效电路,并给出了一种光栅类型。
