In this paper the operating characteristics of the proposed half-bridge converter are experimentally verified. 摘要

本文提出了一种PFM+PWM混合控制的软开关半桥变换器,它兼具传统半桥变换器和LLC变换器的优点。一般来说,传统的半桥变换器由于采用PWM控制,具有良好的恒流特性,但其缺点是:(1)一次侧开关和二次侧二极管在硬开关下工作;(2)两个磁性元件。同时,LLC谐振变换器具有实现ZVS和ZCS的优点,但由于谐振方式的限制,无法实现恒流特性。为了利用半桥变换器实现软开关和CC特性,采用了DCM操作,可以通过PWM+PFM混合控制来控制。本文通过实验验证了所提出的半桥变换器的工作特性。在48Vin, 16Vo, 80W电路板上的实验结果表明,该方法的效率达到90%,验证了该方法的实用性。
