It's urgent to establish a scientific and complete evaluation system for inland ecological port and waterway system. Based on the ambiguity and uncertainty of evaluation about the ecological port and waterway system construction, the evaluation index system is established based on LCIA and AHP models, and AHP model is utilized to determine the weight of each indicator. This model adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy processes to meet the multi-level, multi-objective characteristics of the evaluation index system. The evaluation about the ecological port and waterway system construction is determined according to the conformity between the evaluated objective and the stage of development. On this basis, the evaluation scoring and grading standards are proposed. Credible results are obtained from the case application. 摘要

随着内河交通的发展,生态港航体系建设越来越受到重视。建立科学、完整的内河生态港航系统评价体系刻不容缓。针对生态港航体系建设评价的模糊性和不确定性,基于LCIA模型和AHP模型建立评价指标体系,并利用AHP模型确定各指标的权重。该模型采用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,以满足评价指标体系多层次、多目标的特点。根据评价目标与发展阶段的符合性确定生态港航体系建设评价。在此基础上,提出了评价评分和分级标准。通过实例应用,得到了可靠的结果。本研究为评价内陆生态港航体系建设提供了一种新的途径。
