In analysis some effective measures were taken to ensure solution convergence and accurate result, which are very approximate with theoretical calculation, it has an important direction in welding technology. 摘要

本文对简单结构的焊接过程进行了数值模拟,提出了许多问题。采用间接法计算构造场,减少了非线性分析,提高了计算效率,如移动热、相变潜热、材料特征参数等。应用ANSYS软件对焊接过程中的温度场和应力场进行了分析。并利用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)对其进行了仿真。分析中采取了一些有效的措施,保证了解的收敛性和结果的准确性,使其与理论计算非常接近,对焊接技术具有重要的指导意义。这些特征在复杂模型中表现明显。
