Manipulation of cellular calcium and reactive oxygen species by a femtosecond laser
We report manipulation of cellular calcium and reactive oxygen species by a femtosecond laser. Modulation of fluorescence conversion from green fluorescence protein and intercellular calcium signaling were thus performed with little side effects.
