摘要

介绍了福建智能电网继电保护故障信息智能分析系统的设计与实现。该系统作为高级应用模块无缝集成到智能电网调度技术支撑系统中。它可以与SCADA系统共享信息,实现一次设备和二次设备的统一模型。通过对开关通断信息、SOE信息、继电保护动作信息、继电保护分散记录、故障记录文件、PMU动态测量数据、PMU故障记录文件的准确识别,系统可以对实际跳闸事故进行详细全面的分析,包括故障设备、故障类型、故障相位等很多有用的信息。同时,该系统可以为调度员提供智能决策支持,缩短事故处理时间。
