The results of the literature review can be described that the teacher career development system is an integral part of the teacher reward and protection system. The implementation of teacher career development is implemented in a system called Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB). The system used for evaluating teacher work performance is called the teacher functional credit score system. 摘要

本文献综述旨在找出印尼共和国政府在发展教师职业生涯方面所开发的制度,作为教师绩效评估的一种途径。所采用的方法是在各级政府规章和有关部门规章的基础上,对有关教师职能职位职业发展管理的规章进行审查。通过文献综述的结果可以看出,教师职业发展制度是教师奖励与保护制度的组成部分。教师职业发展的实施是在一个名为“Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB)”的系统中实施的。用于评价教师工作绩效的系统称为教师功能信用评分系统。本文的研究结果建议:(1)对教师的赞赏不应只体现在职业发展上,而应引起中央和地方政府的高度重视,增加对教师职业的福利和保护;(2)对功能性教师职位的信用评分系统的应用必须透明、负责任,并使用数字信息系统来有效和高效地进行。
