摘要

水飞蓟被认为是一种古老的草本植物。以水飞蓟为研究对象,对水飞蓟植物提取物的总黄酮含量、抗氧化性进行了体外甲醇萃取及HPLC分析。提取液中总黄酮含量为201.6667±1.52753 mg/ml。通过还原能力评价甲醇植物提取物水飞蓟的体外抗氧化活性,在测试浓度(0.02、0.04、0.08、0.16、0.32和0.64 mg/ml)下,吸光度显著提高,HPLC分析结果表明,水飞蓟中含有(抗坏血酸、没食子酸、儿茶素、芦丁、槲皮素、芹菜素和山参酚)浓度分别为(0.839、0.0918、0.628、2.989、0.010、0.0680、0.228)ppm。
