摘要

提出了一种新的便携式金属氧化物避雷器阻性漏电流测量方法。该方法主要利用电场耦合理论获取MOA的电压相位信息,利用电流互感器从雷电计数器获取全漏电流有效值和相位信息,然后通过计算得到电阻值。根据上述原理,设计了一种便携式MOA性能检测电路,并验证了其有效性。该方法简单、方便、安全。
