To understand the impact of web technology on the operating performance of hotels, we need first to recognise the various ways in which operating performance is selected and measured. This paper will therefore begin with an overview of hotels' business performance measures that have been used in past studies, following which the results of a regression analysis that is conducted based on a questionnaire survey will be presented.
