The results showed that giving PGPR with a concentration of 30 ml L-1 of water to shoot grafts gave the best results on shoot height and shoot diameter growth. 摘要
本实验的目的是确定支持咖啡枝嫁接的最佳PGPR浓度。试验采用完全随机设计(CRD),分为4个处理,即不加PGPR或对照K0(浓度为0 ml L-1水)、K1: 10 ml L-1水、K2: 20 ml L-1水、K3: 30 ml。每个塑料袋给予L-1水。每个处理4个重复,共16个实验单位。结果表明,以水浓度为30 ml L-1的PGPR进行嫁接,对茎高和茎粗的生长效果最好。而在10 ml.L-1的水浓度下,对咖啡苗嫁接种子的增叶效果最好。
