Students can read nutritional value information labels so as not to over-consume certain nutrients, which can have an impact on excess nutrition or even a deficiency of certain nutrients needed by the body. The purpose of this activity is to improve students' skills in reading nutritional value information labels using digital booklets. This activity was carried out with 31 students using zoom cloud meeting media and e-booklets. In general, education and the practice of reading nutritional value information labels are considered successful in increasing students' knowledge and skills. This is evidenced by an increase in participants' knowledge during the pre-test and post-test and the ability to work on case examples during additional evaluations.
