The samples of this study are 117 respondents. Data analysis in this research use descriptive statistic and multiple regression analysis. PENGARUH SINKRONISASI PERENCANAAN DAN PENGANGGARAN, KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN BENGKULU TENGAH
