The obtained data recorded during the study, after analysis and statistical processing, allowed us to state the importance of taking into account the influence of the ergonomics of the environment and formulate a conclusion about the need for its use, recognizing the effectiveness of its application in the practice of the educational process in the implementation of the program material of the discipline \"Elective courses (modules) in physical culture and sports\" in the walls of higher school.
