In such matrices, the traditional eLearning for corporate training and education occupies only the grids for the stage of memorizing and recalling, and the stage of understanding, associated with the learning opportunities of facts/events, concepts, and procedures, where most routine work or study resides. On the other hand, the corporate training and education in a new paradigm takes the whole matrices as its realm of training and learning. In such a paradigm, active learning is the key, in which the learner finds the value through the learning process. It follows that the learning must be customized for individual learners needs, rather than the instructor's or teacher's arbitrary needs. In such a paradigm, the teacher or the instructor cannot impose the prefabricated knowledge or values on the learner. The learner himself or herself will find the value in the process of learning. In such learning, the instructor or teacher's role is to guide or point the learner to the direction of the learning goal/value designed in the curriculum map. It is the learner's mission to find the values through the process of learning.
