Studying the performance of multiple trellis coded modulation (MTCM) using bounding techniques
The performance of a multiple trellis coded modulation (MTCM) in an additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel and a Rician fading channel is investigated, using bounding techniques. We show how error bounds can be calculated for MTCM. Finally, the results obtained using these bounds were found to be consistent with the results reported in other publications.<>
