摘要

电视二维码的出现不仅使传统电视媒体与新媒体的联系更加紧密，而且实现了“手机-电视-网络”的直接互动，极大地推动了媒体融合的趋势。本文以二维码生成技术——PHP二维码为基础，采用MVC框架和Open API技术，设计并完成了电视二维码发布系统，最终实现了手机和电视的双屏交互。
