However, the concept of mobile Internet business ecosystem and its internal operation mechanism is lack of enough study. Therefore, the paper analyzes the dynamic complexity of mobile Internet business ecosystem from the complex adaptive system(CAS) and routine-based perspective. The complex characteristics of mobile Internet business ecosystem are discussed and then the formation and evolution processes of mobile Internet business ecosystem are described based on routines. Dynamic complexity of mobile internet business ecosystem
