摘要

电能计量装置的运行误差直接影响到电能交易计算的准确性,因此保证装置的准确工作非常重要。在电能表工况评价模型的基础上,综合考虑经济效益、管理效益和社会效益,运用模糊层次分析法建立了旋转电能表工况评价模型。利用该模型计算轮换效益评分。从而建立了相应的电能表旋转策略。该方法比传统的管理方法具有更好的适应性。通过科学的定量分析结果,对轮换周期、轮换策略进行相应调整,比传统管理方式更加客观合理。
