Tracking the Dispersive Propagation of a Fast Waveform using a Temporal Phase Modulator
We propose and numerically demonstrate a novel method to evaluate the temporal evolution of a fast optical waveform as it propagates through a group-velocity dispersive medium by tracking the frequency spectrum of the waveform at the output of a quadratic temporal phase modulator (time lens).
