At the beginning of the paper the need to locate disturbing loads and one-point and multi-point methods of their identification were presented, which are most often presented in the literature. The next part discusses the kernel density estimation, which was used in the method for statistical analysis. Then, the propagation of voltage fluctuations was discussed, on the basis of which the proposed method allows to identify the source of disturbances.
