By selecting incommensurate fractional orders for the dynamical system, multi-scroll chaotic attractors are observed. The resulting fractional order PWL chaotic system satisfies the stability theorem of fractional calculus. Lyapunov exponents confirm the chaotic behavior. Moreover, a circuit synthesis is realized by considering voltage operational amplifiers.
