In the theory of special pedagogy, it has been proven that the self-development of a correctional teacher, his ability to evaluate his activities, improve professional competence is a significant condition for the quality of education and correctional work with children with special needs. The article highlights the results of the study of self-assessment of the quality of professional activity of correctional teachers, their attitude to professional development. Experts from four educational and rehabilitation institutions from three regions of Ukraine took part in the survey using the Google Forms tool. The analysis of the survey results shows the dominance of subjective factors in teachers’ self-esteem. The vast majorities of them understand the importance of professional growth and plan to improve their qualifications. Preference is given to active forms. The analysis of the problems identified by the respondents for professional development shows that they are interested in the content and methods of working with children, modern approaches to teaching children with SEN, various aspects of student socialization. The conducted research shows that correctional teachers in different regions of Ukraine are equally serious about professional competence and the need to improve it. However, they lack real criteria and indicators for self-assessment of the quality of professional activity. 摘要

一个现代乌克兰学校的组成部分之一是一个有创造力和负责任的老师,他不断地为自己工作。特殊教育学理论已经证明,矫正教师的自我发展、对自身活动的评价能力、专业能力的提高是保证特殊需要儿童教育和矫正工作质量的重要条件。文章重点介绍了教改教师专业活动质量、专业发展态度的自评研究结果。来自乌克兰三个地区的四个教育和康复机构的专家使用谷歌表格工具参与了调查。对调查结果的分析表明,主观因素在教师自尊中占主导地位。他们中的绝大多数人都明白职业发展的重要性,并计划提高自己的资格。主动形式优先考虑。调查对象对专业发展问题的分析表明,他们对与儿童一起工作的内容和方法、教育特殊教育儿童的现代方法、学生社会化的各个方面感兴趣。所进行的研究表明,乌克兰不同地区的惩教教师同样重视专业能力和提高专业能力的必要性。然而,它们缺乏对专业活动质量进行自我评价的真正标准和指标。制定这些指标和相应的有条理的建议应成为研究这一问题的一个角度。关键词:专业能力;教学活动的质量;自尊;矫正教师;特殊教育;认证培训;为有特殊教育需要的儿童提供教育;自我发展。
