Taking China as a case study, this paper identifies efforts and challenges on Chinese teachers’ digital competence. This doctoral thesis's main objectives are to investigate the actual status about digital competence of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers in China, especially in Anhui province, and create their digital competence profile. This research carried out a systematic literature review and identified the digital competence frameworks applied in other regions. From these evidences, the research will focus on the quantitative approach study in six universities of Anhui province and its capital Hefei, which carries out data collection and analysis to answer the research questions. 摘要

近十年来,信息技术在教育领域的发展、教育工作者和学前教育工作者的数字化受到了世界和中国的关注。本文以中国为例,明确了中国教师数字化能力的努力和挑战。本博士论文的主要目的是调查中国特别是安徽省职前教师和在职教师的数字能力现状,并创建他们的数字能力概况。本研究进行了系统的文献综述,并确定了在其他地区应用的数字能力框架。从这些证据出发,本研究将重点对安徽省六所高校及其省会合肥进行定量方法研究,进行数据收集和分析,以回答研究问题。最后,我们希望为新的教学策略和提高数字能力的建议提供信息。
