A set of generalized ground rules and procedure has been proposed to support an interactive class teaching and learning process especially for any engineering course across the world. The process involves addition, interfacing and smooth and coherent running of various audio-video-power point presentations and information in coordinated manner to support real-life class teaching and learning process. It involves high value learning & grasping by the user by way of testing the course delivery by interactive question-answer session for any 40 to 50 hour lecture course. The procedure has been implemented in form of template software to support the feature of platform independent and easy linking and portability capability using Apache, MySQL, PHP, HTML etc. languages. A case study has been taken to illustrate the work.
