摘要

电子商务作为一种新型的商务活动,是未来经济增长的关键。顾客信任是电子商务企业的生存与发展问题,因此合理评价顾客信任将是研究的重点。但对顾客信任评价的研究主要集中在理论研究上,较少进行实证分析和定量研究。本文通过对中国互联网信息中心调查数据的分析,找出影响客户信任的关键指标,运用因子分析法对B2C电子商务企业的客户信任进行定量综合评价。
