摘要

目前,大型企业有很多分支机构,虽然IT系统可以以集中式数据中心的形式存在,但是业务部门和分支机构结构本身不能像IT一样集中。因此通过标准化的ITIL流程来实现对不透明组织的IT基础设施的集中管理。但在过程中出现了关于“性能”的评价标准不统一的问题,导致IT服务效率优化的瓶颈。针对这一问题,本文研究了当前IT绩效指标并分析了问题产生的原因,然后利用统计数据,设计了一种基于分布式IT管理框架的绩效量化创新评估模型。最后,通过评价模型对海量的性能数据进行检验,通过仿真充分验证模型的可行性。
