At present, such an information transmitting system for narrow specific areas has not been organized well. In this paper, we propose a narrow-area specific messaging system where taxis play a role of information transmitters. Since taxis have a mobility property, their allocation pattern can be changed within the target area. Effectiveness of information transmission according to the taxi allocation pattern is evaluated through Multi-Agent System computer simulation.
