This becomes a problem if the lecturer does not have ability to assess students' personalities. Therefore, the issue mentioned above makes this causes the lecturers to generalize teaching methods for all students. Another issue occurs is about academic counselors, they also often provide motivation or suggestion that does not suit to the student's personality. This paper presents a design of web-based application to obtain student's personality profile using DISC assessment method. The DISC method considered to be simple, need less time to assess, and enable to adequate information for lecturer and academic counselor in compact way for a non-psychological lecturer. The system was tested in information technology school, where almost all lecturers and academic counselors do not have the ability to assess student's personality.
