摘要

关于信息系统成功与评价的研究已经进行了几十年。然而,评估之后应该进行系统改进,为组织做出实际贡献。本研究提出了一个综合的步骤来评估一个信息系统的成功,并分析其改进机会基于用户的需求。为了实现这一目标,我们运用了DeLone & McLean成功模型、KANO模型和QFD概念。以印度尼西亚国务秘书处的电子处理和邮寄系统(EDMS)为例,说明所建议方法的使用。结果表明,在QFD中引入Kano模型前后,需求优先级存在差异。
