摘要

传统的批量生产手机的厂家已经不能满足客户的要求和市场竞争的需要。大规模定制成为主要的生产方式。本文介绍了一种手机大规模定制模式,具有成本合理、质量高、产品定制化、效率高、产品生命周期短等优点。在此模型下,本文还采用订单调度方法寻找排序订单的最优解,提高了生产效率。结果比逐个处理订单有更大的改进。
