The relevance of the study on the selected issue is due to the fact that in the new reality, project work includes the management of teams whose members work in a hybrid and remote format. Flexibility in working hours and the absence of employees in the workplace can lead to lower results. Therefore, instructions for achieving results and maintaining the effectiveness of project teams are important. The principles of managing an effective project team in the new reality are considered. The influence of remote work on the effectiveness of project teams is analyzed.
