Based on which this paper presents a strategy for ADN optimal operation. The proposed strategy optimizes the operation cost of ADN and uses the standard deviation of expectations calculated by PLF. The strategy can not only avoid the situation that all unbalanced power is undertaken by the superior grid, but also improve the security and economy of system operation. 摘要

为了有效解决有源配电网(ADN)中源和负荷的不确定性响应带来的电力系统安全问题,本文建立了一种新的概率负荷潮流(PLF)模型,该模型将虚拟微电网(V-MG)与配电网之间的需求响应和交换功率的不确定性作为随机注入变量。在此基础上提出了ADN最优运行策略。该策略优化了ADN的运行成本,并利用PLF计算的期望标准差。该策略既避免了不平衡电力全部由上级电网承担的局面,又提高了系统运行的安全性和经济性。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
