Due to the frequent switching of working conditions in the mine, the control system of the integrated machine is affected to a certain extent. In order to reduce the chattering effect caused by traditional sliding mode control, a sensorless vector control system with double closed-loop speed and current was built by adding phase-locked loop to improve the stability and observation accuracy of the control system.
