摘要

为了实现矿井高能量密度永磁直驱一体机的无传感器控制,采用改进滑模控制对转子位置和转速进行估计。由于矿井工况的频繁切换,在一定程度上影响了一体机的控制系统。为了减小传统滑模控制引起的抖振效应,通过增加锁相环,构建了速度和电流双闭环的无传感器矢量控制系统,提高了控制系统的稳定性和观测精度。仿真结果表明,该系统状态估计精度高,运行稳定,响应速度快,能够应对矿山复杂工况,适用于高能量密度永磁直驱一体机矿山。
