One of the challenges for online learning is accurately measuring and assessing learners' capacity development during and after the completion of the course against the intended learning outcomes of the course. This study introduces a new adaptive intelligent tutoring system based on two theories: Constructive Alignment and Cognitive Theories to provide adaptive learning paths for each learner.
