摘要

本文从某厂复合辊矫直机主动矫直规程入手。采用显式动力学有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对60kg /m原曲率重轨复合辊矫直过程进行了数值模拟计算。并编制了后处理程序对仿真结果进行管理,得到了重轨矫直后的几何尺寸变化信息。分析了重轨矫直后几何尺寸的变化条件。对提高重轨质量具有重要的参考价值。

Study on the geometry dimension effect of heavy rail through compound roll straightening
