Ishak Umarella. Background Problems: This research is conducted based on the premise that there are problems related to employee performance at RSUD Dr. H. Ishak Umarella which were inconsistent throughout 2020. According to the condition, the objective of this research is to verify the influence of total quality management toward employee performance. Novelty: In the dimensions of total quality management used, in which there are additional dimensions and adjustment to the dimensions used according to the object of research. Research Methods: The process of sampling applied in this research is purposive sampling, using the total of 100 respondents. Data are collected using questionnaires as the main instrument and Likert Scale to measure respondents' answers in the questionnaires. Finding/Results: The result shows that the focus on customer variable (X1), employee engagement and empowerment variable (X2), continuous improvement variable (X3), teamwork variable (X4), and education and training variables (X5) have a positive and significant influence towards employee performance (Y) at RSUD Dr. H. Ishak Umarella. 摘要
前言/主要目的:分析印尼地区公立医院(RSUD) H. Ishak Umarella医生全面质量管理维度对员工绩效的影响。背景问题:本研究的前提是RSUD Dr. H. Ishak Umarella的员工绩效在整个2020年都存在不一致的问题。根据这种情况,本研究的目的是验证全面质量管理对员工绩效的影响。新颖性:在全面质量管理使用的维度中,根据研究对象对所使用的维度进行了补充和调整。研究方法:本研究采用的抽样过程是有目的抽样,共100名受访者。数据收集采用问卷为主要工具,李克特量表测量受访者在问卷中的回答。发现/结果:结果显示,RSUD对客户变量(X1)、员工敬业度和授权变量(X2)、持续改进变量(X3)、团队合作变量(X4)、教育和培训变量(X5)的关注对员工绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响。结论:本研究认为,每个政府机构要想提高员工的绩效,必须重视和加强这五个变量
